Planning is a key part of a rock solid infrastructure, but it is also one the hardest tasks to truly do successfully. To be successful, you need experience. But to get experience, you need planning. Short-circuit that process by attending this session. In it, you’ll cover the key components when planning your Windows 2008 infrastructure, from the network infrastructure servers to the application servers. You’ll review the options for deploying servers via images and automation tools. You’ll look at server management, and how to accomplish this via remote tools and the use of RDP. Finally you’ll determine the high availability needs of your applications along with the different ways to accomplish this in Windows 2008.
