A Letter From Greg Shields
Dear TechMentor Attendee,
My name is Greg Shields, and I’ve been a TechMentor attendee for years. I’m also TechMentor’s conference chair. Over the years I’ve seen how our industry has evolved, and how core education and experience have become of primary importance. That’s why I keep coming back year after year. Learning about today’s top technologies, but focused around those that I can immediately implement is the reason why TechMentor exists. That knowledge is good for my career, just as I know it’s good for yours.
If you’re still on the fence about attending an IT conference this year, know that TechMentor is not like the others. We’re not big, and you’re no number. You’ll get one-on-one attention in small-group sessions where your questions get answered. You’ll also get training from the world’s most-known and most-respected speakers.
Even in today’s world of blog posts and online documentation, there’s still nothing that educates like an offsite conference. Only there can you truly disconnect to learn the technologies and the techniques that’ll make you smarter. That same experience will make you a better IT professional, keeping you current in the experience your career needs.
So join us once again for another TechMentor in Orlando. We’ll have a little fun, and we’ll learn a lot. And at the end of the week, you’ll return home with immediately-usable tips and tricks that ensure your datacenter stays running and you stay valuable.
See you in Orlando!
