This track provides a modern foundation in the infrastructure services that still underpin enterprise IT—while addressing how they have evolved in a cloud-first, identity-driven world. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of Active Directory, DNS, authentication flows, and hybrid identity architectures.

Topics include Active Directory fundamentals and hardening, DNS design and troubleshooting, hybrid identity with Entra ID, authentication and authorization flows, legacy dependencies, and common misconfigurations that cause outages or security exposure. The track also introduces practical use of AI tools (such as Copilot) to assist with operations, troubleshooting, and documentation—without replacing core understanding.
