Registration & Check-In

Onsite Registration
Your badge is your admission ticket to TechMentor X Cybersecurity Live! @ Microsoft HQ. Badges may be picked up at registration beginning Monday, August 3 during registration hours at the Microsoft Commons Mixer (Building 98) 16070 N.E. 36th Way, Redmond, WA. Upon registering for the event, you will receive a registration confirmation email. A few days prior to the event you will receive a reminder confirmation with additional on-site details. .

The TechMentor X Cybersecurity Live! registration counter will be open at the Microsoft Commons Mixer (Building 98)* during the following hours:

Parking at Microsoft Commons Mixer (Building 98)
Complimentary parking is available directly under the Microsoft Commons Mixer (Building 98) in Redmond.

Parking at Microsoft Building 92
Visitor parking for Microsoft Building 92 (Microsoft Company Store) in Redmond, WA, is available in the surface lot directly in front of the building on the east side. Additional parking is available in Garage 99, located on 150th Ave NE, next to the surface lot.

Shuttle Bus Routes and Schedule
TechMentor X Cybersecurity Live! will provide daily complimentary shuttle transportation between the Hyatt Regency Bellevue and the Microsoft Campus (Building 92) throughout the day depending on the schedule below, shuttles will depart every 15 - 20 minutes during peak hours. Please allow extra time during peak traffic periods.

The walking distance from the Microsoft Building 92 (and shuttle stop) to the Microsoft Commons (Building 98) is approximately 0.3 to 0.4 miles, taking about 7–10 minutes to walk.

Wireless Access
Conference attendees will have access to the Microsoft Guest wireless network during conference hours. The Network Name and Password will be listed in the event program, mobile app and posted at registration.

Microsoft Campus Access & Security

• • All attendees must wear their TechMentor X Cybersecurity Live! badge at all times while on campus.
• Access is limited to designated conference buildings only.
• Government-issued photo ID may be required by campus security.
• Attendees may not enter non-conference buildings.

Meals & Amenities

Conference Meals
Breakfast will be available each morning at the Microsoft Commons Mixer (Building 98). For lunch, each attendee will receive a pre-loaded "credit card" that can be used at the restaurants and coffee shops located in the Mixer building (Building 98) daily & the Microsoft Food Hall (Building 4) on Monday and Thursday. These cards are the same as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Cards will be distributed upon check-in. Shuttles will be available between the Microsoft Commons Mixer (Building 98) and the Microsoft Food Hall (Building 4) on Monday and Thursday only.

Exhibit Hours The TechMentor X Cybersecurity Live! @ Microsoft HQ exhibitors will be available for two days per the following schedule:

Bag Check at the Microsoft Commons Mixer (Building 98)
We recommend you leave personal belongings at your hotel during the conference. A Bag Check will be available at the Microsoft Commons Mixer (Building 98) on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31.

Attire & Weather

There is no particular dress code for TechMentor X Cybersecurity Live! @ Microsoft HQ; however, general business casual attire is acceptable.

During the first week of August in Redmond, WA, daily high temperatures typically reach 77°F to 78°F (25°C - 26°C), with nighttime lows in the mid-to-upper 50s°F (approx. 13°C - 15°C).

The temperature in the session rooms may vary, so be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket. We recommend wearing layers.

• Security Desk Location: Ground floor lobby of Building 98 (15800 NE 36th St, Redmond, WA 98052).
• First Aid Station/AED: Located in the main lobby, near elevator banks, and in large pantry/kitchen areas.

Microsoft Building 92

• Security/Reception: Located in the main lobby, which requires a visitor badge and potentially a photo ID/passport for entry.
