Registration Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You'll receive a message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.

A more comprehensive e-mail message will be sent closer to the conference start date asking you to log into the registration system and choose the sessions you are interested in attending. This information is for planning purposes only and will not restrict you from changing your sessions on-site.

Speakers & Sessions

The speakers listed on this Web site are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises we may add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule and provide you a better product.

Attendee Networking Forum

Network with your peers before the conference begins. Check the "Attendee Networking Forum" box when you register and we'll send you an e-mail with attendee contact information one week prior to the event. It's a great way to start networking before you arrive in Las Vegas.

Registration Policies

Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds

You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by the Early Bird deadline, September 15, 2010. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $250 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after the Early Bird deadline as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.

In the event that the conference is cancelled by 1105 Media, Inc. registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with the hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.

Hotel Cancellation

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you will be subject to penalties and fees by the hotel.

Special Requirements

If you foresee any special requirements while attending TechMentor Las Vegas (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at 541.346.3537 at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Photo Release

From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at TechMentor Las Vegas, 1105 Media, Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at TechMentor Las Vegas without prior approval from 1105 Media, Inc.
