Planning is a key part of having a rock solid Infrastructure, but it is also one the hardest tasks to truly do successfully. To be successful, you need experience. But to get experience, you need planning. Short-circuit that process by attending this session. In it we will cover the key components when planning your Windows 2008 infrastructure, from the network infrastructure servers to the application servers. We will review the options for deploying servers via images and automation tools. We will look at server management, and how to accomplish this via remote tools and the use of RDP. Finally we will determine the high availability needs of your applications along with the different ways to accomplish this in Windows 2008.
