Troubleshooting is usually done manually. Using automated tools though, you can gather more data to analyze. What if you could even outsource data gathering to the help desk so you wouldn't have any delays when customers call the help desk? This session will cover ways to remotely gather Sysinternals Process Monitor traces, network traces, and PowerShell scripts and commands. You'll also be introduced to other tools and techniques, such as Windows Performance Toolkit.
