If you can run Ping – you can master the shell, with a little help from world-renowned expert, author, and MVP Don Jones. Bring your laptop (must be running Windows 8, or bring a Windows 8 VM) to follow along and complete hands-on exercises in running commands, discovering and learning new commands, connecting commands in the pipeline, and creating short scripts to automate common tasks, including building inventory scripts and how to use PowerShell Remoting.
