TechMentor Best Value Package

The TechMentor Best Value Package is your five day all-access pass to every keynote, session, workshop and event September 30 - October 4, 2013.

TechMentor Complete Conference & Hotel Package

The TechMentor Complete Conference & Hotel Package includes the five day all-access pass (September 30 - October 4, 2013) PLUS five nights at the Tropicana, Las Vegas, NV.

TechMentor Conference Package

The TechMentor Conference Package grants you access to all sessions and activities October 1-3, 2013.

Workshop Pass

The TechMentor Workshop Pass grants you access to one full-day pre-conference workshop on Monday, September 30, 2013.

Conference Proceedings

All attendees will receive the TechMentor Attendee proceedings CD. However, the full TechMentor Las Vegas proceedings book is available for $45 and contains all of the session slides contained in the CD with plenty of extra space for taking notes.

Alumni
Have you been to previous TechMentor Conferences? If so, we want to extend special savings to you, our frequent and best customers. You will receive special offers via email available only to alumni. If you’re an alumnus and have not received alumni specific promotions, please email us at IWoods@1105media.com.

Student/Educator
We offer full-time college students and faculty from accredited universities a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To qualify for this discount, please contact the registration office at 1.541.346.3537 and be prepared to provide a copy of your student identification card.

Government
Government employees with a .mil or .gov email address are eligible for a discount off of the full priced conference registration fees. To qualify for this discount, please contact the registration office at 1.541.346.3537.

Group

Registration Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You'll receive a message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed.

Speakers & Sessions

The speakers listed on this website are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises we may add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule and provide you a better product.

Attendee Networking Forum
Network with your peers before the conference begins. Check the "Attendee Networking Forum" box when you register and we'll send you an e-mail with attendee contact information one week prior to the event. It's a great way to start networking before you arrive in Las Vegas.

Key Deadlines & Registration Policies

Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by August 28, 2013. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $250 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made after August 28, 2013 as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.

In the event that the conference is cancelled by 1105 Media, Inc., registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with a hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.

Hotel Cancellation
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you will be subject to penalties and fees by the hotel.

If you purchased the Complete Conference & Hotel Package, we will cancel your registration for you upon your written request. If your cancelation is received after the hotel deadline of August 28, 2013, full hotel charges may apply.

Special Requirements
If you foresee any special requirements while attending TechMentor (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at 541.346.3537 at least one month in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at TechMentor, 1105 Media, Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at TechMentor Las Vegas without prior approval from 1105 Media, Inc.
