Matthew Reynolds helps enterprises to achieve health and performance in their Windows desktop and Active Directory environments. Through Microsoft’s Premier Field Engineering team Matthew works directly with enterprise customers and also leads teams to develop new diagnostic tooling (ADRAP, WDRAP, etc.) and training (Netmon workshop, MCM content, and others) to address global customer needs.
Matthew is a multi-award winning trainer and presenter. He led the content development and session delivery team for one of the top rated sessions at TechEd 2012. He is also a trainer for the Microsoft Certified Masters (aka Rangers) program, is a regular TechReady presenter, etc.
Prior to working for PFE, Matthew worked as a contractor for Microsoft Commercial Technical Support.
Prior to working for Microsoft, Matthew had worked as a network engineer, Spanish translator, and semi-professional musician.
