Come and see how Windows OS MVP and STEP member Sami Laiho with more than 16 years of experience in advanced troubleshooting combines these new tools with industry proven techniques. Major changes to the startup sequence like the ones in Windows 8 haven't been seen since the introduction of Windows NT so there's a lot to learn. During this session you will learn to master the techniques to troubleshoot both Windows 7 and 8. You will learn:
HANDS-ON LAB REQUIREMENTS: A Windows 7 or Windows 8 laptop (or VM) with at least 2GB of free disk space, WiFi connectivity and Administrative rights for the user account. We will be troubleshooting so don’t use your most valuable production machine for this! Please register for this class in advance so that we can have an accurate head count for materials
