OVERVIEW
TechMentor Conferences invites all you IT Heroes to submit you best, worst and funniest IT help desk stories for a chance to win one, FREE conference pass to any future TechMentor Conference. Upon receipt of your stories, TechMentor will pick the top five submissions and re-enact them in 30 second video clips that will be posted on the TechMentor YouTube channel. The videos will remain active for XX days, allowing the audience to vote for their favorite stories via email at [email protected]. As mentioned above, the winner will receive one FREE pass to any future TechMentor conference of their choice.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, please complete the entry form located on the
TechMentor Orlando 2011 website. To be eligible for prizes, all entries must be completed, submitted and received by
XX/XX/XXXX. Inaccurate and/or incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries will become the sole property of TechMentor Conferences. TechMentor is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed submissions. Please submit all entries electronically via the
TechMentor Orlando 2011 website. Winners will be notified by
XX/XX/XXXX.
ELLIGIBILITY
The contest is open to worldwide citizens over the age of 18.
- All entries, and content within, will remain completely anonymous, including names, dates, organizations and any other applicable and pertinent information.
- Prize is not redeemable for cash.
- Decisions on the winning entry will be final. In the event that a substitution is requested, TechMentor Conferences will refer to the Transfers, Cancellation and Refunds policy as outlined on the TechMentor Orlando 2011 website.
- Clause about use of photo, names, etc. How will we handle promotions about the winner in regards to anonymity. Will we want to use his name, story, video, picture, etc. to promote/advertise?
- All individuals must adhere to all federal, state and municipal laws when participating in this contest.
