Workstation management solutions, such as SCCM, have capabilities to help in automated troubleshooting. There may already be information gathered in client inventory data. You just have to find it using custom reports. Or you can use these management tools to automate troubleshooting information gathering from all domain clients using techniques you have already learned. This session will cover ways to gather domain wide troubleshooting information automatically using SCCM or Microsoft cloud services. Reports, custom inventory data, configuration baselines, and PowerShell scripts can help you achieve your goal to proactively discover if you're going to have problems in your environment.
