Come to this deep-dive session and learn how to use the Windows Performance Toolkit and Sysinternals tools to analyze performance issues with your systems. We'll go over scenarios in client and server performance and analyze them using the WPT and Sysinternals tools. Issues such as storage bottlenecks, bad drivers, high cpu activity, and so forth will be discussed in depth.

You will learn:

  • How to analyze xperf trace data for discovering authoritative root cause for storage, high-cpu and sluggish system performance
  • Look at boot tracing as a stamp of approval of a healthy system in respect to client
  • To understand user experience and how it is impacted by poor configuration, bad drivers or under-weight hardware
