Containers are a relatively technology that can be a little baffling. Many IT Pros have questions on how they differ from VMs and are trying to come to terms with questions such when it makes sense to deploy a workload in a container and when it makes sense to deploy a workload in a separate VM. In this session, you'll learn about Windows Server and Hyper-V containers through example. You'll learn how they can be created and configured to host a workload, in this case a Minecraft Server. You'll also learn how they can be deployed and verify that deployment by having Minecraft clients make a connection to the workload running in the container.
You will learn:
- Windows Server and Hyper-V Containers
- How to create and configure Windows Server and Hyper-V Containers
- How to deploy and modify Windows Server and Hyper-V Containers
