This session will cut a path for aspiring PMPs and those who simply wish to learn more about PMI's classic project management framework. By cross-cutting through knowledge areas and process groups, and shedding light on each of the PMBOK Guide's 47 processes, this session will help attendees grasp the broader concepts that apply to the entire framework. You'll learn how closely many processes relate and gain a narrative sense of how the PMBOK Guide's many concepts support one another and allow for a more complete style of project management when used together.

You will learn:

The Project Management Body of Knowledge is the foundation for a variety of certifications offered by the Project Management Institute, most notably the PMP. This session seeks to uncover the secrets of the PMBOK Guide, making the nuts and bolts of its project management framework easier to understand. In just over an hour, we'll dive into all 47 of the project management processes found in the PMBOK Guide.
