Converge360 / Live! 360 Events Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at Converge360 / Live! 360 Events conferences and online events must adhere to this Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout each event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone.

Sexual language, imagery, or personal political opinions are not appropriate for any conference venue, including sessions, workshops, social events, or online forums.

Participants who violate these rules may be subject to sanctions or removal from the event without refund, at the discretion of conference organizers.

Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment, aggression, and intimidation are harmful and will not be tolerated. Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital or partner status, genetic information, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion (including dress and grooming).
  • Use of sexual images or language in public spaces.
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
  • Harassing photography or recording.
  • Sustained disruption of talks, sessions, or other events.
  • Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Consequences of Violations

If a participant engages in harassing or inappropriate behavior, conference organizers may take any action deemed appropriate, including warnings, removal from sessions, or expulsion from the event without refund.
