If you reserve your room at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort online, please be aware of the following:

Guests will receive two e-mails. Guests will receive an immediate e-mail stating their request has been received. Within 5 business days, they will receive a second e-mail providing a confirmation number.
Modifications. Guests need to wait for their confirmation number to make changes or cancel their reservation. Modifications or cancellations must be made by phone by calling 407-934-3372.
Booking nights outside of the conference dates: You can only reserve rooms between March 12 and March 19 online. If you would like to book rooms at the reduced rate before March 12 or after March 19, please call 407-934-3372 and tell them you are a TechMentor attendee.
