J. Peter Bruzzese
Over the past 10 years Mr. Bruzzese has worked for everyone from Goldman Sachs to Microsoft. He specializes in corporate training and has had the privilege of working with some of the top names in the business of Computer Education. During the 90's, Peter focused specifically on Certification Training (holding at the time certifications from Microsoft as an MCSE for 4.0 and an MCT, as well as A+, Network+, iNet+ from Comptia, and CNA from Novell and CCNA from Cisco). With the introduction of Windows 2000, he became one of the foremost speakers on the subject of Active Directory and Exchange. He wrote several articles for a variety of magazines and has co-authored upwards of 10 different titles ranging from Directory Services to Enterprise Storage Solutions. He has spoken on the Techmentor Conference circuit, as well. Currently an MCSE for 2003, he is working on Office 2007 titles that will soon be on the bookshelves and just completed the book Tricks of the Vista Masters".
James Conrad
MCSE, Server+, A+, Certified Ethical Hacker is a sought-after consultant and trainer including those within the Fortune 500. James has been an official contributor to the MCP program and was a key contributor in determining MCSE exam objectives in the Microsoft Certification and Skills Assessment division. James has trained and consulted for Intel, UCLA, Raytheon, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, MCI Worldcom, Sprint, Exxon-Mobil, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, State Farm, US Department of Justice, Bureau of Land Management, many others. James also wrote the CompTIA Server+ college curriculum for Thomson Learning. James also served as the technical editor for Thomson Learning’s Network+ college curriculum. Jeff Hicks
Jeffery Hicks, MCSE,MCSA,MCT, is a Scripting Guru for SAPIEN Technologies. He is the co-author of Advanced VBScript for Microsoft Windows Administrators (Microsoft Press 2006), Windows PowerShell:TFM (SAPIEN Press 2006) as well as several training videos on administrative scripting. Don Jones is a nationally-recognized author, instructor, speaker, and consultant, with more than a decade of experience in the Information Technology industry, and with a strong focus on Microsoft-centric solutions. Don is the author of nearly two dozen published works on IT subjects, is a regular speaker at national conferences like Windows Connections, Microsoft TechEd, and TechMentor, is a past Contributing Editor and columnist for REDMOND Magazine, and is a regular columnist for Microsoft TechNet Magazine.
Don is a multiple-year recipient of Microsoft's Most Valuable Professional award in recognition of his advocacy of scripting and automation, specifically for Windows PowerShell. Don currently serves as the Director of Projects and Services for SAPIEN Technologies, where he manages the company's Publishing, Training, and Community divisions.
Todd Lammle
Todd Lammle, CCSI, CCNA/CCNP/CCSP, MCSE, CEH/CHFI, FCC RF Licensed, is the authority on Cisco Certification internetworking. He is a world renowned author, speaker, trainer and consultant. Rhonda Layfield
Rhonda Layfield, MCT, NT/2000/2003 MCSE, MCSE: Security began her network support career in 1982 serving in the US Navy, where she worked for 7 years in communications with a top secret clearance. Since then, she alternates between consulting (including a network support role at Microsoft) and training (specializing in 2003 MCSE boot camps). Some of her clients include Dow Jones, US Airforce, IBM, Duke Energy, Bank of America, Wachovia and EDS. She is also a co-author of Mastering Windows Server 2003, Upgrade Edition for SP1 and R2, and the upcoming Mastering Windows Server Longhorn book.
David Lowe
David Lowe is Senior Product Manager for Windows Server with Microsoft Corporation. In this role, he manages worldwide evaluation and deployment programs for Windows Server 2008. David has been with Microsoft since 2001, and in this time he has also been Senior Product Manager for Security and IT Professional portfolios with Microsoft Learning.
Prior to joining Microsoft, David was Senior Lecturer in Internet Technologies at the Centre for Advanced Technology Training in Dublin, Ireland, where he specialized in Web development and XML. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University College, Dublin, and he is the author of "BizTalk Server: The Complete Reference", published by Osborne-McGraw Hill.
Bruce Mackenzie-Low
Bruce Mackenzie-Low, MCSE/MCSA is a master consultant at HP providing 3rd level worldwide support on Microsoft Windows based products including Clusters and Crash Dump Analysis. With over 18 years of computing experience at Digital, Compaq and HP, Bruce is a well known resource for resolving highly complex problems involving clusters, SAN’s, networking and internals. He has taught extensively throughout his career always leaving his audience energized with his enthusiasm for technology.
Chris McCain
Chris McCain, CEO of the National IT Training and Certification Institute (NITTCI), is a six year veteran of the IT training and consulting field. Chris has worked with a variety of Microsoft feature and products like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and IPSec. Derek Melber
Derek Melber (MCSE, MVP, CISM) is president of BrainCore.Net AZ, Inc., as well as an independent consultant and speaker, as well as author of many IT books. Derek educates and evangelizes Microsoft technology, focusing on Active Directory, Group Policy, Security, and desktop management. Keith Parsons
Keith Parsons is Managing Director of the Institute for Network Professionals. A gifted presenter, Keith is known for his wit and broad technical experience. Bruce Payette
Bruce Payette is a Principal Developer on the Windows PowerShell team. He is one of the founding members of the team, co-designer of the PowerShell language and the principal author of the PowerShell language implementation. He has just released his first book, "Windows PowerShell in Action" from Manning Press.
Bruce Rougeau
Bruce Rougeau, MCSE, MCP+I, MCT, Citrix Certified MetaFrame Administrator, began designing and implementing a three-tier architecture for an automated medical record system in April 1998. The most recent thin client implementation was deployed using Citrix's WinFrame utilizing 1,000 Windows-based terminals and fewer than 20 PCs. Currently he works for EDS as an infrastructure architect focusing on networks, Web servers, thin client computing and 32-way Intel Data Center solutions.

Marco Shaw is currently an IT system analyst for one of Canada's leading telecommunications companies. He has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. He recently received a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award for his contributions to the Windows PowerShell community. Brandon Shell
Brandon Shell has been in the IT industry since 1994. He spent the early years as a PC tech and general fix-it guy for numerous companies. He started a consulting company in 1999 building, designing and supporting networks and Windows infrastructure. He offered Microsoft training as well. In 2000 he joined Microsoft as contractor for the Directory Services team (the first of several times). He joined Microsoft in 2002 as a full time rapid response field engineer doing mostly Directory Service support for companies in the northeast. In 2004 the onsite travel requirement became too much and since he didn't want to move to Redmond he left for a finance firm where he is today.
Greg is an independent author, speaker and consultant based in Denver, Colorado.. With more than 10 years of experience in information technology, Greg has developed extensive experience in systems administration, engineering, and architecture. Greg is a contributing editor for Redmond magazine, MCPmag.com, and Virtualization Review authoring regular columns along with numerous feature articles, Webcasts, and white papers. He is also the resident editor for Realtime Publishers’ Windows Server Community at www.realtime-windowsserver.com. Greg is currently finishing his new book Windows 2008: What’s New, What’s Changed through SAPIEN Press.
Richard Taylor
Richard Taylor is a SharePoint architect and has assisted numerous, large companies in their implementations including the US Air Force, Charles Schwab, and Nestle. He is a published author, co-author, and contributing author including the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Administrator’s Companion by MS Press and principal author of The Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Resource Kit for Engineers and Architects, also by MSPress (coming in June!). Rick now works for Microsoft in the Business Online Services division as an Engineering Technologist.
Jason Zander is the General Manager of the .NET Framework (DevFX) team in the Developer Division at Microsoft Corporation. As GM, Jason’s team responsibilities include the .NET Compact Framework for Windows CE/Mobile and the Xbox 360, the Common Language Runtime (CLR), ASP.NET, ASP.NET AJAX, Windows Forms, Silverlight, and finally executive direction of the .NET Framework.
As one of the original developers of the CLR, Jason’s primary technical area of contributions include file formats, metadata, compilers, debugging/profiling, and integration of the system into key Microsoft products such as Windows and SQL Server. Before becoming GM, Jason held many roles on the CLR team including Product Unit Manager and Development Manager. Prior to working on the CLR, Jason worked on the Repository and SourceSafe products and before that on the first two versions of ODBC. Before joining Microsoft in 1992, Jason worked at IBM on Distributed SQL and SQL/400 at the Rochester lab. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from MSU.
